Take 5 Oil Change

I had a great experience here at Take 5. The team is really nice to talk to, especially the one who did my intake, and everyone was knowledgeable. I desperately needed a new cabin filter and they gave me a great deal on everything. I’ve been to many Take 5’s, but this one was probably my best experience.

I went to Plano/ forest lane location and was told that they didn’t have my specific oil. They called a different location, off walnut / garland ave. I drove 15 minutes to the next location. When I got there they told me they didn’t have the filter I needed. They were going to send me to auto zone to pick up the filter I needed. I called my brother at this point and he told me to go to Mobil 1. Mobil 1 had me in and out in 25 minutes for my oil change and inspection. I will be going to Mobil 1 for now on! Mobil 1 has 5 stars!

Awesome crew!!! They were so happy to help me with an issue I had with my vehicle even though it was raining. The manager went out of his way to ensure he helped me fix what I needed to fix. Super grateful to them.

This location on Garland Rd is great! A different Take 5 overfilled my oil by 2 quarts! Chaz and his team fixed me right up. The other location doesn't even have the right phone number on the invoice!

Came in for an oil change and got great service from Chaz, Steve and Eddy. Super friendly and communicative about what’s going on. They talked to me and made me feel welcome and gave me some laughs, definitely a good experience and friendly environment. Would recommend 10/10
